Cooking Obsessed

Ever since we bought our new oven, I have been cooking obsessed!

Prior to our marriage, I let my hubby do all the cooking. Partly because I was lazy and didn’t have the time, and also because my cooking was essentially ‘bland’ for my husband. I’m quite happy with simple and basic flavours, whereas my husband likes his herbs and spices!

However, in came the Kleenmaid Pyrolytic Easy Cook Oven. OMG, it’s amazing and I can’t stop baking and making roasts. I don’t know if it’s the fact that it’s a self cleaning oven OR my withdrawal symptoms for not using an oven in over a year!

So over the past month, I’ve been baking cookies, muffins and biscotti, and pretty much made every roast possible. Roast pork, beef, lamb, veges and even tried out the awesome rotisserie function to roast my chicken!

Needless to say, I’ve been the cook of the house. And you know what? I actually don’t mind!
