Christmas Baking

Christmas brings great opportunities to get baking! This Christmas, we decided to give out homemade goodies to our family and friends. So for pretty much the whole December, I was busy baking cookies and cupcakes! I decided to sample various recipes and picked out three which I really liked, and were relatively ‘simple’ to make.

If you search for any cookie recipe, the ingredients and method are fundamentally very similar and relatively easy and quick to prepare. The hardest and longest part of the process is rolling out the cookie dough and cutting them into the shapes that you want. Then carefully peeling the off cuts and transferring the cookies onto the baking tray (in it’s original form!), before starting the process again.

I made so many cookie batches that I think I perfected the process!
