Choc Jaffa: definitely more than just a chocolate cake! With a hint of orange, and topped with a chocolate fudge frosting.

We strive to continually add exciting new products to our range after it has passed our extensive ‘experiment, taste and trial’ (ETT) process. We EXPERIMENT with the ingredients and method, TASTE what is produced, and then TRIAL it to a sample group of people who will provide their feedback. This process is repeated until the ‘best’ recipe is produced.
